QNS, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company formerly registered as Quantitative Network Solutions, LLC ("QNS," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website at qns.cloud and provides fractional executive and operational consulting services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

We take privacy seriously. We collect only what is necessary to operate our business and serve our clients. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising programs. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact and inquiry information, name, email address, company name, role, and any details you include when booking a discovery call or submitting an inquiry through our booking system (Microsoft Bookings / Office 365).
• Communication content, the content of emails, messages, or other communications you send to us.
• Engagement information, information you provide during a client engagement, including operational data, business information, and materials shared as part of an AORA assessment, Systems Sprint, or Fractional CSO retainer.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data, pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, and device information, collected through standard web server logs.
• IP address, collected as part of standard web server operations and Cloudflare CDN/WAF processing.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• To deliver and manage client engagements (AORA, Sprint, Retainer)
• To communicate with you about your engagement or inquiry
• To improve our website and services
• To comply with applicable legal obligations
• To protect the security and integrity of our systems and services

We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving our services.

Booking System, Microsoft Bookings

Discovery calls and speaking inquiries are booked through Microsoft Bookings, operated via our Office 365 account at qns.cloud. When you book an appointment, your information is processed by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. QNS receives your booking details (name, email, appointment time, and any notes you include) and uses that information solely to conduct the scheduled call.

AORA Signal, Diagnostic Tool

AORA Signal is a free operational readiness diagnostic available at qns.cloud/aora. When you complete the assessment, we collect:

• Email address (required), used to deliver your Readiness Snapshot
• Name and business name (optional), used to personalize your report
• Your 12 question responses, used for scoring and band assignment
• Submission metadata, timestamp and time on page (for data quality filtering)

Your responses are processed by QNS's automation infrastructure to generate a scored Readiness Snapshot, which is delivered to your email. If you opt in, we may send occasional intelligence briefs (no more than monthly). Your data is retained for 24 months from submission unless you convert to a client engagement, in which case client data retention policies apply. Aggregated, anonymized response data may be used for published operational readiness research. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Infrastructure, Cloudflare

This website is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network and protected by Cloudflare's Web Application Firewall. Cloudflare processes traffic to our site as part of its network operations. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Client Engagement Data

Information shared during a client engagement, including operational data, business processes, financial information, and other materials provided as part of an AORA, Sprint, or Retainer engagement, is treated as strictly confidential. This information is:

• Used only to deliver the engagement scope agreed upon
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent
• Never used to produce case studies or public materials without anonymization and your approval
• Retained only as long as necessary for the engagement and any applicable legal requirements

Engagement confidentiality is also governed by the terms of your specific engagement agreement with QNS, which may include additional confidentiality provisions.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Inquiry and booking information is retained for a reasonable period to manage our business relationships. Client engagement information is retained in accordance with the terms of each engagement agreement.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Standard browser session data may be processed by Cloudflare as part of its network operations. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are present on this site. We self-host our web fonts and load no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, and event pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws, including:

• Access, the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction, the right to request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion, the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

Children's Privacy
